History
Business Park was founded in 1998, and has amplified drastically since a landmark year in 2006
when renovation on ailing factories and workshops began, now leading as a lucrative pursuit
and service of MLP Lyubertsy.
Future
MLP Lyubertsy is one of the largest technology parks in the Moscow region, servicing numerous aspects of accommodation. Tailored toward industrial, logistics, and businesses, the park serves both Russian and foreign manufacturing enterprises, storage businesses, Millennium Plaza, and an array of commercial spaces.
